Swabhimani Shetkari Sanghatana : नाशिक जिल्हा बँकेने (Nashik district central co-op bank ltd) 62 हजार थकबाकीदार शेतकऱ्यांच्या (Farmers) जमिनीची लिलाव प्रक्रिया सुरू केली आहे. शेतकऱ्यांना वाढलेलं कर्जफेड करणं अशक्य असल्यामुळं बँकेनं या शेतकऱ्यांच्या जमिनीची लिलाव प्रक्रिया सुरू केली आहे. नाशिक (Nashik) जिल्ह्यातले साधारणता 50 हजारापेक्षा जास्त शेतकरी हे भूमिहीन होणार आहेत. याविरोधात स्वाभिमानी शेतकरी संघटना आक्रमक झाली आहे. येत्या 16 जानेवारीला नाशिक जिल्हा बँक शेतकरी बचाव कृती समितीच्या वतीनं नाशिकचे पालकमंत्री दादा भुसे (Minister Dada Bhuse) यांच्या घरासमोर बिऱ्हाड आंदोलन करण्यात येणार असल्याची माहिती स्वाभिमानी शेतकरी संघटनेचे प्रदेशाध्यक्ष संदीप जगताप यांनी दिली.

या प्रमुख मागण्यांसाठी आंदोलन होणार

शेतकऱ्यांनी जेवढं कर्ज घेतलं त्याच्या अनेक पट या बँकेने व्याज लावल्यामुळं शेतकऱ्यांची मुद्दल आणि व्याज हे जमिनीच्या किंमतीपेक्षा देखील जास्त झाले आहे. सतत अवकाळी, कोरोना, पडलेले बाजार भाव यामुळं नाशिक जिल्ह्यातील शेतकरी त्रस्त आहे. त्यात जिल्हा बँकेने आवाजावी व्याज लावून शेतकऱ्यांना अडचणीत आणले आहे. सरकारनं राष्ट्रीयकृत बँकेप्रमाणे ओटीएस करण्याचे आदेश जिल्हा बँकेला द्यावेत. मुद्दल अधिक योग्य व्याज घेऊन शेतकऱ्यांना कर्जमुक्त करावे. या प्रमुख मागणीसाठी हे आंदोलन होणार आहे. जर 16 तारखेपर्यंत सरकारनं योग्य तो निर्णय घेतला नाही तर स्वाभिमानी शेतकरी संघटनेचे प्रमुख राजू शेट्टी यांच्या उपस्थितीत नाशिक जिल्ह्यातील शेतकरी लाखोच्या संख्येनं बिऱ्हाड घेऊन मालेगाव येथे पालकमंत्र्यांच्या दारात बसतील. न्याय मिळेपर्यंत तिथून आम्ही उठणार नसल्याचा इशारा संदिप जगताप यांनी दिला. 

शेतकऱ्यांच्या जमिनी वाचवण्यासाठी वज्रमूठ

नुकत्याच वणी येथे झालेल्या शेतकऱ्यांच्या मेळाव्यात पालकमंत्र्यांच्या घरासमोर तीव्र आंदोलन करण्याचा निर्णय जिल्हा बँक शेतकरी बचाव कृती समितीच्या मार्फत घेण्यात आला आहे. या आंदोलनाची गावागावात जागृती सभा कृती समिती सोबत विविध पक्षातील नेते देखील घेत आहेत. या आंदोलनात स्वाभिमानी शेतकरी संघटना, शेतकरी संघटना व कृती समिती यांनी पुढाकार घेतला आहे. यामध्ये सर्वच राजकीय पक्ष व संघटनांनी सहभाग घेतला आहे. शेतकऱ्यांच्या जमिनी वाचवण्यासाठी शेतकऱ्यांची वज्रमूठ झाली आहे. यातून सर्वपक्षीय जनआंदोलन उभे राहत असल्याचे संदिप जगताप म्हणाले.

राजू शेट्टी यांच्या इन्ट्रीने आंदोलनाची धार वाढली

या आंदोलनात राजू शेट्टी सारख्या शेतकरी नेत्याने यावे असा आग्रह कृती समितीने त्यांची भेट घेऊन केला. राजू शेट्टी यांनी या आंदोलनाचे निमंत्रण स्वीकारत न्याय मिळत नाही तोपर्यंत मी तुमच्यासोबत या आंदोलनात सहभागी होईल असे आश्वासन कृती समितीला दिल्याचे संदिप जगताप म्हणाले. तसेच नाशिक जिल्ह्यातील स्वाभिमानी शेतकरी संघटना जोरदारपणे या आंदोलनाच्या तयारीला लागली असून, राजू शेट्टींच्या एन्ट्रीमुळे शेतकऱ्यांचा आत्मविश्वास आणि आंदोलनाची धार वाढल्याचे जगताप म्हणाले.

अडचणीतल्या शेतकऱ्याला कर्ज फेडणे शक्य नाही

जिल्हा बँकेने 62 हजार शेतकऱ्यांच्या कर्जाला आवाजवी व्याज लावून डोंगराएवढे कर्ज केले आहे. अस्मानी आणि सुलतानीमुळे अडचणीतल्या शेतकऱ्याला हे कर्ज फेडणे शक्य नाही. यामुळं या शेतकऱ्यांच्या जमिनीची लिलाव प्रक्रिया सुरू झाली आहे. शेतकरी कर्जमाफी मागत नाही फक्त  राष्ट्रीयकृत बँकेप्रमाणे शेतकऱ्यांना ओटीएस योजना द्यावी. यासाठी सरकारने हस्तक्षेप करणं गरजेचे आहे. एवढी न्याय मागणी असल्याचे संदिप जगताप म्हणाले.
