Shraddha Walkar Aftab Poonawala | श्रद्धा हत्याकांड प्रकरणात दिल्ली पोलिसांच्या हाती मोठा पुरावा लागला आहे. पोलिसांना आफताबचा एक ऑडिओ सापडला आहे. या ऑडिओमुळं आफताबविरुद्धची केस कोर्टात अधिक मजबूत होण्याची शक्यता आहे. आफताबने श्रद्धाला ११ मे रोजीच मारायचे ठरवले होते. मात्र, त्याचा प्रयत्न फसला. अखेर आफताबने १८ मे रोजी श्रद्धा वालकर हिचा गळा दाबून खून केला. सध्या पोलिसांकडून आफताबची चौकशी सुरु आहे.

नवी दिल्ली: वसईच्या श्रद्धा वालकर हिची निर्घृणपणे हत्या करुन तिच्या मृतदेहाचे ३५ तुकडे करणारा आफताब पुनावाला पुन्हा एकदा चर्चेत आला आहे. सध्या आफताबविरोधात न्यायालयीन खटला सुरु आहे. दिल्ली न्यायालयाने शुक्रवारी आफताबच्या न्यायालयीन कोठडीत चार दिवसांनी वाढ केली होती. त्यामुळे आफताबचा तुरुंगातील मुक्काम वाढला आहे. आफतब पुनावाला याला सध्या दिल्लीच्या तिहार जेलमध्ये ठेवण्यात आले आहे. गेल्या काही दिवसांपासून दिल्लीतील तापमानाचा पारा सातत्याने खाली येत आहे. सध्या दिल्लीचे तापमान हे ३ ते ४ अंश सेल्सिअसच्या आसपास आहे. या पार्श्वभूमीवर आफताब पुनावाला याने आपल्या वकिलांच्या माध्यमातून एक मागणी केली आहे.

आफताबचे वकील एम.एस. खान यांनी न्यायालयात एक याचिका दाखल केली आहे. यामध्ये आफताबला त्याची डेबिट आणि क्रेडिट कार्ड परत देण्यात यावी, अशी मागणी करण्यात आली आहे. पोलिसांनी आफताबला श्रद्धा वालकर हत्याप्रकरणात अटक केल्यानंतर त्याची डेबिट आणि क्रेडिट कार्ड जप्त केली होती. त्यामुळे आफताबकडे पैसे उरलेले नाहीत. दिल्लीत सध्या कडाक्याची थंडी आहे. तिहार जेलमध्येही प्रचंड थंडी आहे. अशावेळी आफताबकडे थंडीसाठी पुरेसे कपडे नाहीत. आफताबच्या कुटुंबीयांनी त्याच्याशी सर्व संबंध तोडून टाकले आहेत. त्यामुळे आफताबला थंडीचे कपडे विकत घेण्यासाठी पैशांची गरज आहे. त्यासाठी आफताबला त्याचे क्रेडिट आणि डेबिट कार्ड दिले जावे, अशी मागणी याचिकेत करण्यात आली आहे. या याचिकेवर येत्या १० तारखेला सुनावणी होणार आहे.

दरम्यान, गेल्या काही दिवसांत श्रद्धा वालकर हत्याप्रकरणाचा तपास बराच पुढे सरकला आहे. श्रद्धा वालकरचा डीएनए रिपोर्ट नुकताच पोलिसांकडे सुपूर्द करण्यात आला होता. यामध्ये मेहरौलीच्या जंगलात सापडलेली हाडे आणि केस श्रद्धाच्या डीएनएशी जुळल्याची माहिती आहे. त्यामुळे आफताबच्या विरोधात आणखी एक सबळ पुरावा उपलब्ध झाला आहे. वसईच्या श्रद्धा वालकर (Shraddha Walkar) हिची तिचा लिव्ह इन पार्टनर आफताब अमीन पुनावाला (Aftab Amin Poonawalla) याने निर्घृणपणे हत्या केली होती. त्याने श्रद्धाचा खून करून तिच्या शरीराचे ३५ तुकडे केले होते. हे तुकडे त्याने मेहरौलीच्या जंगलात आणि दिल्लीच्या अन्य भागांमध्ये फेकून श्रद्धाच्या मृतदेहाची विल्हेवाट लावली होती. या संपूर्ण प्रकरणाचा उलगडा झाल्यानंतर एकच खळबळ माजली होती. तेव्हापासून दिल्ली पोलीस याप्रकरणाचा तपास करत आहेत.

दिल्ली पोलिसांकडून सुरु असलेल्या चौकशीदरम्यान आफताब पुनावाला याने पोलिसांना एक नवी माहिती दिली होती. श्रद्धाचा गळा दाबून तिला ठार मारणं सोपं होतं. पण तुकडे करुन तिच्या मृतदेहाची विल्हेवाट लावणं सोपं नव्हतं, असे आफताबने पोलिसांना सांगितले. श्रद्धाची हत्या केल्यानंतर आफताबने श्रद्धाच्या मृतदेहाची विल्हेवाट लावण्यासाठी इंटरनेटवर सर्चिंग केले. अखेर डेक्स्टर या वेब सिरीजमध्ये दाखवल्याप्रमाणे आफताबने श्रद्धाच्या शरीराचे तुकडे करुन ते दिल्लीच्या विविध भागांमध्ये फेकून दिले. आफताब अनेक दिवस श्रद्धाच्या शरीराचे भाग बाहेर नेऊन फेकत होता. तोपर्यंत श्रद्धाच्या शरीराचे तुकडे एका फ्रिजमध्ये ठेवले होते.
