Raja Dixit Resignation : ज्येष्ठ इतिहासतज्ज्ञ, संशोधक आणि लेखक तथा मराठी विश्वकोश मंडळाचे अध्यक्ष राजा दीक्षित (Raja Dixit Resignation) यांनी आपल्या पदाचा तडकाफडकी राजीनामा दिला आहे. भाषा आणि वित्त विभागाकडून अडचणी होत असल्याचा उल्लेख त्यांनी राजीनामा पत्रामध्ये केला आहे. गुणवत्ता आणि शिस्तीला प्राधान्य दिल्याचा राग मनात विरून माझी अडवणूक सुरू केल्याचा आरोपही त्यांनी केला आहे. करमणूकप्रधान, उत्सवी पद्धतीच्या उपक्रमांवर उधळपट्टी कशासाठी? अशी विचारणा दीक्षित यांनी केली आहे. दरम्यान, त्यांच्या राजीनाम्यानंतर मराठी भाषा, शालेय शिक्षण मंत्री दीपक केसरकर यांनी भेट घेतली. 

विश्वकोशाचे काम ठप्प ठेवण्याचा पद्धती पद्धतशीर प्रयत्न केल्याचा आरोपही दोन पानी राजीनामा पत्रातून राजा दीक्षित यांनी केला आहे. मला पदाचा कोणताही मोह नव्हता. पदावर असण्याचा किंवा नसण्याचा मला काही फरक पडणार नाही. माझे लेखन आणि संशोधन, सामाजिक कार्य यापुढे देखील चालूच राहील, असं राजा दीक्षित (Raja Dixit Resignation) यांनी आपल्या राजीनामा पत्रात म्हटले आहे. 

नोकरशाहीचा जाचातून होणारा कार्यनाश, याला वैतागून राजा दीक्षित यांनी राजीनाम्याचे पाऊल उचलले आहे. राजा दीक्षित (Raja Dixit Resignation) यांनी प्रशासकीय तसेच वित्तीय अडवणूक आणि विश्व मराठी संमेलनाच्या नावाखाली विनाकारण करण्यात आलेल्या उधळपट्टीकडे लक्ष वेधले आहे. दीक्षित यांनी 27 मे 2021 रोजी विश्वकोश निर्मिती मंडळाच्या अध्यक्षपदाची सूत्रे हाती घेतली होती. ‘विश्वकोश निर्मिती प्रक्रियेतील ‘ज्ञानमंडळ’ व्यवस्थेत अंगभूत दोष आहेत आणि ते विश्वकोशाच्या मूळ पद्धतीशास्त्राला हरताळ फासणारे आहेत. त्यात योग्य ते बदल करण्याचा माझा निर्णय शासनाच्या भाषा आणि वित्त विभागाला पटला नाही, असे त्यांनी म्हटले आहे.

दरम्यान, विश्वकोश निर्मिती मंडळाचे अध्यक्षपदावरून सदानंद मोरे यांनीही राजीनामा दिला होता. या पार्श्वभूमीवर दोन्ही लेखकांची नाराजी दूर करण्यासाठी दीपक केसरकर यांनी भेट घेतली. दोघांची नाराजी दूर करण्याचे प्रयत्न सुरू असल्याचे म्हणाले. (Raja Dixit Resignation)
