पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी हे आज मुंबई दौऱ्यावर येत आहेत. त्यांच्या हस्ते आज मुंबईतील विविध विकास कामांचं भूमीपूजन होणार आहे. या दौऱ्यच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर मुंबईत कडेकोट पोलिस बंदोस्त तैनात करण्यात आला आहे. रोहित पवारांना या पंतप्रधानांच्या दौऱ्याबद्दल प्रसारमाध्यमांनी प्रश्न विचारला होता. पंतप्रधान मुंबईत आले आहेत. त्यामुळे आता लवकरच मुंबई महानगरपालिकेची निवडणूक लागेल असे रोहित पवार म्हणाले. तसेच नाशिकला आणि नागपूरलासुद्धा विकास करण्याचा वाव आहे. तिथे एअरपोर्ट आहे जमीनसुद्धा आहे. इतर प्रोजेक्ट दुसऱ्या राज्यात जाण्यापेक्षा ते आपल्या राज्यात कसे येतील यासाठी मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी पंतप्रधानांशी चर्चा करावी असेही रोहित पवार म्हणाले.

मुंबईतील विविध विकासकामांच्या उद्घाटनासाठी पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी आज मुंबई दौऱ्यावर येत आहेत. त्यांच्या दौऱ्यासाठी मुंबईनागरी सज्ज झाली आहे. पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांच्या या दौऱ्यानिमित्त चोख बंदोबस्त ठेवण्यात आला आहे. या निमित्त काही मार्गावरील वाहतूकही बंद ठेवण्यात आली असून येथील वाहतूक ही पर्यायी मार्गाने वळवण्यात आली आहे. घाटकोपर-वर्सोवा मेट्रो काही कावालधीसाठी बंद असणार आहे. तर पश्चिम द्रुतगती मार्गावर देखील वाहतुकीत बदल करण्यात आला आहे.

हे मार्ग वाहतुकीसाठी बंद

मुंबई वाहतूक विभागाने दिलेल्या माहितीनुसार, पश्चिम दृतगती महामार्ग, धारावी, वरळी सिलींककडून बिकेसी परिसर कुर्लाच्या दिशेने जाणाऱ्या सर्व वाहनांना फॅमीली कोर्ट जंक्शनकडून पुढे कुर्ल्याच्या दिशेने जाण्यासाठी प्रवेश बंदी राहणार आहे. संत ज्ञानेश्वर मार्गावरून कुर्ल्याच्या दिशेने जाणाऱ्या सर्व वाहनांना इन्कम टॅक्स जंक्शनकडून पुढे बिकेसी परिसर कुर्ल्याच्या दिशेने जाता येणार नाही. खेरवाडी शासकीय वसाहत कनाकीया पॅलेस, वाल्मीकी नगरकडून पुढे बीकेसी परिसर, चुनाभट्टी तसेच कुर्ल्याच्या दिशेने जाता येणार नाही. सुर्वे जंक्शन आणि रजाक जंक्शनवरुन बिकेसी परिसर, धारावी, वरळी सिलींकच्या दिशेने जाणाऱ्या सर्व वाहनांना एमटीएनएल जंक्शन येथून प्रवेश बंदी असेल. संपूर्ण बीकेसी परिसरामध्ये कोणीही त्यांची वाहने कोणत्याही रस्त्यांवर पार्किंग करणार नाहीत.
