Nagpur News : सार्वजनिक आरोग्य विभागाअंतर्गत राज्यभरात कार्यरत समुदाय आरोग्य अधिकारी (सीएचओ) यांना सेवेत कायम करुन घेण्यात यावे, वार्षिक वेतनवाढ देण्यात यावी, केंद्राच्या मार्गदर्शन सूचनांप्रमाणे मानधन वाढ करण्यात यावी, या प्रमुख मागण्यांसाठी राज्यभरातील समुदाय आरोग्य अधिकाऱ्यांनी आंदोलनाचा पवित्रा घेतला आहे. नागपूर जिल्ह्यातही जिल्हा परिषदेच्या आरोग्य विभागापुढे महाराष्ट्र राज्य समुदाय आरोग्य अधिकारी संघटनेच्या नेतृत्वात धरणे आंदोलन करण्यात आले. या वेळी जिल्हा आरोग्य अधिकारी डॉ. दीपक सेलोकर यांना मागण्यांचे निवेदनही देण्यात आले. संघटनेने मागण्यांबाबत 22 जानेवारीपर्यंत निर्णय घेण्याचा अल्टिमेट दिला आहे. निर्णय न झाल्यास 23 जानेवारीपासून बेमूदत कामबंद आंदोलनाचा इशारा दिला आहे. यामुळं आरोग्य व्यवस्थेवर ताण येण्याची शक्यता आहे.
175 केंद्रामध्ये कंत्राटी सीएचओ कार्यरत
राज्यामध्ये आयुष्यमान भारत योजनेअंतर्गत टप्या टप्प्याने सीएचओंची भरती करण्यात आली आहे. जिल्ह्यातील प्राथमिक आरोग्य केंद्राच्या परिसरात असलेल्या उपकेंद्रांमध्ये ते कार्यरत आहेत. सद्यस्थितीत जिल्ह्यात 316 उपकेंद्र असून, त्यापैकी 175 केंद्रामध्ये कंत्राटी सीएचओ कार्यरत आहेत.
सांकेतिक कामबंद आंदोलनाद्वारे वेधले लक्ष
आठवडच्या सुरुवातीला सर्व सीएचओ यांनी पहिल्या टप्प्यात सांकेतिक एक दिवसीय कामबंद आंदोलन करुन सरकारचे लक्ष वेधले. सोबतच सीएचओंनी सर्व प्रकारचे ऑनलाईन पोर्टलवरील कामेही बंद ठेवली होती. शासनाकडून मागण्यांची दखल घेण्यात आली नाही तर 23 जानेवारीपासून बेमुदत कामबंद आंदोलन करुन मुंबईतील आझाद मैदान येथे धरणे आंदोलन करण्याचा इशारा देण्यात आला होता.

आंदोलनात संघटनेचे जिल्हा अध्यक्ष डॉ. पराग ठाकरे, सचिव डॉ. रॉली वेसनकर, डॉ. भोजराज पडवे, डॉ. महेश शेंडे, डॉ. रामनारायण तिवारी, डॉ. अतुल अंडेलकर आदी सहभागी झाले होते. यांच्यासह राज्यभरातील सीएचओ यामध्ये सहभागी होणार असल्याचे पदाधिकाऱ्यांनी सांगितले.

- केंद्राच्या मार्गदर्शक सूचनांप्रमाणे 40 हजार मानधन द्यावे
- वार्षिक वेतनवाढ देण्यात यावी
- अनुभवानुसार बोनस (लॉयल्टी) मिळावे
- निश्चित वेतन 36 हजार रुपये (90 टक्के) व कामावर आधारित वेतन 4 हजार (10 टक्के) करावे
- विशिष्ट कारणांसाठी बदल्या करण्यात याव्यात
- 23 इंडिकेटरच्या कामावर आधारित मोबदल्याचीपद्धत रद्द करावी
- शासनाच्या अन्य विभागातील कर्मचाऱ्यांप्रमाणे टीए-डीए मिळावा
