Aurangabad News: औरंगाबाद शहरातील (Aurangabad City) कचरा कोंडीचा मुद्दा देशभरात गाजला होता. तर कचऱ्याच्या मुद्द्यावरून याच औरंगाबादेत दंगल झाली होती. आता पुन्हा एकदा मंगळवारी औरंगाबाद शहरात ‘कचरा कोंडी’ निर्माण झाली होती. महापालिकेच्या घंटागाड्यांवरील कामगारांनी मंगळवारी अचानक काम थांबवले.  कंत्राटदार रेड्डी कंपनीने दोन महिन्यांचे वेतन थकविल्याने कामगारांनी हे आंदोलन पुकारले होते. त्यामुळे दिवसभर शहरात कुठेही घंटागाडी फिरकली नव्हती. मात्र अखेर वेतनाचा मुद्दा मार्गी निघाल्याने कामगारांनी आंदोलन मागे घेतली आहे. 

औरंगाबाद महापालिकेने शहरातील कचरा संकलन व वाहतुकीचे काम बंगळुरू येथील रेड्डी कंपनीला दिले आहे. संकलित होणाऱ्या कचऱ्याचे मोजमाप करून त्यानुसार महापालिकेकडून कंपनीला बिल अदा करण्यात येते. एक टन कचऱ्यासाठी 1950 रुपये या दराने महापालिका हा मोबदला देण्यात येते. तर यासाठी रेड्डी कंपनीने कंत्राटी पद्धतीने 1000 कामगारांची नियुक्ती केली आहे. तसेच कचरा संकलनासाठी 300 घंटागाड्या, 18 कॉम्पॅक्टर आणि 12 टिप्पर ही वाहने लावली आहेत. मात्र कंपनीचे दोन महिन्याचे बिल काढणे बाकी असल्याने, कामगारांचे दोन महिन्याचे वेतन थकले होते. त्यामुळे सफाई कामगारांनी आंदोलन करत कचरा संकलन करण्याचे काम बंद केले होते. त्यामुळे शहरात कचरा कोंडी होण्याची शक्यता निर्माण झाली होती. परिस्थिती लक्षात घेता महानगरपालिकेने तातडीने एका महिन्याचे बिल काढण्याचे आदेश दिल्याने कामगारांनी आंदोलन मागे घेतले आहे. 

जी- 20  पार्श्वभूमीवर आंदोलन? 

औरंगाबाद शहरात फेब्रुवारी महिन्यात जी-20 परिषदेचे सदस्य येणार आहे. या पार्श्वभूमीवर महापालिकेने शहरातील साफसफाई आणि स्वच्छतेच्या कामांकडे विशेष लक्ष केंद्रित केले आहे. त्याचाच भाग म्हणून महापालिकेने कंपनीला आणखी 20 घंटागाड्या वाढविण्याचे आदेश दिलेले होते. त्यानुसार 14 घंटागाड्या आणल्या. मात्र, आता अशातच मंगळवारी अचानक कंपनीच्या कामगारांनी काम बंद आंदोलन सुरू केले. त्यामुळे मंगळवारी सकाळपासून दिवसभर शहरातील कोणत्याही भागात घंटागाड्या फिरकल्याच नाहीत. त्यामुळे जी- 20  च्या पार्श्वभूमीवर होणारे हे आंदोलन लक्षात घेता मनपाने एका महिन्याचे कंपनीचे बिलतत्काळ देण्याचे आदेश दिले आहेत.  

दोन महिन्याचे बिल थकले! 

रेड्डी कंपनीकडून शहरात दररोज सरासरी चारशे ते साडेचारशे टन कचरा संकलित केला जातो. एक टन कचरा उचलण्यासाठी महापालिका कंपनीला 1950 रुपये अदा करते. नोव्हेंबर महिन्याच्या बिलाची आकारणी 2 कोटी 26 लाख रुपये एवढी झालेली आहे. डिसेंबर महिन्याच्या बिलाचा हिशेब अजून होणे बाकी आहे, परंतु तेही जवळपास सव्वादोन कोटींच्या आसपास असेल असे घनकचरा विभागाच्या वतीने सांगण्यात आले. मात्र यातील एका महिन्याचे बिल तत्काळ काढण्याचे आदेश देण्यात आली आहे.

    Shade 1 of the Fenty Beauty Eaze Drop Blurring Skin Tint matches me pretty well. Ideally, I’d prefer for it to be a touch paler, but for it being their lightest shade on offer, it’s not bad at all. I do ensure I apply it with my Simplehuman mirror, so I can ensure it’s fully blended without any obvious tide lines. No matter how you shop, this sale is about to make your skin look so much more glowy. And the timing couldn’t be more perfect—wouldn’t you want to look extra radiant in all of those holiday pictures that you’re about to take?
