यामध्ये विदर्भातील काँग्रेसचे नेते माजी आमदार आशिष रणजीत देशमुख यांच्या नावावर जवळपास सुमारे १८ एकर जमिनीची खरेदी करण्यात आलेली आहे. गेल्या वर्षी २०२२मध्ये हा जमीन खरेदीचा व्यवहार झाला आहे. यासह काही बड्या पदावरील अधिकाऱ्यांचे नातेवाईक आणि परराज्यातील लोकांनीही जमीन खरेदी केल्याची माहिती समोर आली आहे. त्यामुळे प्रकल्प येण्यापूर्वीच जमीन खरेदी नेमकी कोणत्या उद्देशाने झाली? याबाबत उलट सुलट चर्चा रंगू लागल्या आहेत.
राजापूर तालुक्यातीलच बारसू आणि सोलगावसह आसपासच्या गावामध्ये ही जमीन खरेदी केली गेली आहे. दरम्यान मागील दोन वर्षांमध्ये शेकडो एकर जमीन खरेदीचे व्यवहार याभागात झाल्याची बाबही माहिती अधिकारातून उघड आली आहे. याआधी रिफायनरी प्रकल्प नाणारमध्ये प्रस्तावित असताना त्यावेळीही प्रकल्पाच्या जवळच्या जमिनींचा मोठ्या प्रमाणावर व्यवहार झाल्याचा आरोप करण्यात आला होता.
रिफायनरी प्रस्तावित असलेल्या जवळच्या जमिनींचा मोठ्या प्रमाणावर व्यवहार झाला असल्याचा आरोप करण्यात आला होता. स्थानिकांनी केलेल्या विरोधानंतर रिफायनरी कोकणातून नाणार बारसू- सोलगाव आणि परिसरात सुरू करण्याचे प्रस्तावित आहे. मात्र, कोकणात रिफायनरी प्रकल्प नकोच, अशी मागणी रिफायनरी प्रकल्प विरोधी संघटनेकडून होत आहे. बारसू- सोलगाव आणि जवळच्या गावातील काही नागरिकांनी रिफायनरीला विरोध केला आहे.
माहिती अधिकार कार्यकर्ता महासंघाचे सचिव समीर शिरवडकर यांनी मिळवलेल्या माहितीमध्ये पुढील नावांचा समावेश आहे. आशिष रणजित देशमुख- सुमारे १८ एकर, दुर्गा अनिल कुमार डोंगरे – १३७ गुंठे, अखिलेश हरिश्चंद्र गुप्ता आणि नमिता अखिलेश गुप्ता – ९२ एकर, आकांक्षा संजय बाकाळकर – ११३ गुंठे, धार्मिल झवेरी – ३ हेक्टर, सोनल पिकेश शहा – ७.५ हेक्टर, विकेश वसंतलाल शहा – १५६ गुंठे,७ ) निकेश शहा – ३ हेक्टर, रुपल विनीतकुमार शहा – ४ हेक्टर, अपर्णा तेजस शहा – १० हेक्टर, देवेंद्र शर्मा – ४.५ हेक्टर, अनुराधा रेड्डी – ५ हेक्टर, सोनल शहा – २ हेक्टर, श्रीकांत मिश्रा – २ हेक्टर, देवेंद्र शर्मा – ६ हेक्टर, शशिकांत वालचंद शहा – ४.५ हेक्टर, नरेंद्र सिसोदिया – ४.५ हेक्टर
मुख्य बाब म्हणजे शहा कुटुंबीयांच्या जमीन खरेदीवर माहिती अधिकार कार्यकर्त्यांनी आक्षेप घेत कागदपत्र पडताळल्यानंतर त्यावर रायगड जिल्ह्यातल्या सुधागडमधील पाली या ठिकाणचा पत्ता आढळून येतो, असा संशय व्यक्त केला आहे.

दरम्यान, हे सगळे व्यवहार कायदेशीर रजिस्टर्ड खरेदीखताने झाले असले तरी कोकणातील मूळ जमीन मालकांकडून कवडीमोल दराने या जमिनी विकत घेऊन त्या मोठ्या उद्योगांना विकण्याचा घाट घालण्यात आल्याचा आरोप माहिती अधिकार कार्यकर्ते समीर शिरवाडकर यांनी केला आहे. त्यामुळे या सगळ्या जमिनी मूळ मालकांना परत कराव्यात अशी मागणी त्यांनी शासनाकडे केली आहे. या सगळ्या संदर्भात माहिती अधिकार कार्यकर्ता संघ शासनाकडे पाठपुरावा करणार असल्याची माहितीही माहिती अधिकार कार्यकर्ते समीर शिरवाडकर यांनी दिली.
