लखनऊ : उत्तर प्रदेशच्या लखनऊ मध्ये एक खळबळजनक घटना घडली आहे. उत्तर प्रदेशच्या कायदा आणि सुव्यवस्थेची लक्तरे वेशीवर टांगणारा प्रकार घडला आहे. यामुळं पोलिसांचा कायदा सुव्यवस्था मजबूत असल्याचा दावा फोल ठरला आहे. लखनऊ मध्ये बुधवारी सायंकाळी मुख्तार अन्सारीचा जुना साथीदार कुख्यात गुंड संजीव माहेश्वरी उर्फ जीवा याची न्यायालयात गोळ्या झाडत हत्या करण्यात आली. हल्लेखोर वकिलाच्या वेशात आला होता,त्याने त्याचे काम केले आणि पोलीस फक्त बघत राहिले.

या हत्याकांडाचे फोटो देखील समोर आले आहेत.हल्लेखोर कोर्ट परिसरात शस्त्रासह आला. तिथं त्यानं गोळीबार केला,त्यानंतर कोर्टरूममध्ये तो आला, कोर्टरुम च्या गेटवर त्यानं गोळीबार केला. संजीव जीवावर गोळीबार केला अशा एकूण सहा गोळ्या त्याच्यावर झाडण्यात आल्या.

आरोपी शूटर विजय यादवचं वय केवळ १९ वर्ष आहे. तो वकिलाची कपडे घालून कोर्टात आला होता. संजीव जीवाला यापूर्वी कोर्टात हजर केलं जायचं त्यावेळी बुलेट प्रूफ जॅकेट घातलेलं असायचं, यावेळी घातलं गेलं नव्हतं आणि त्याची हत्या झाल्यानं प्रश्न चिन्ह निर्माण झालं आहे.

संजीव जीवा हत्याकांडामुळे अनेक प्रश्न निर्माण झाले आहेत. मुख्यमंत्री निवासस्थानापासून ७ किमी दूर, डिजीपी निवासस्थानापासून १० किमी दूर,कार्यवाहक पोलीस आयुक्त पियुष मोरडिया यांच्या कार्यालयापासून ५.५ किमी दूर, संयुक्त पोलीस आयुक्त उपेंद्र अग्रवाल यांच्या कार्यालयापासून १० मिनिटांच्या अंतरावर कोर्टात गोळीबार करण्यात आला.

संजीव माहेश्वरी उर्फ जीवा १९९० च्या दशकात दवाखान्यात कम्पाउंडर म्हणून काम करत होता.त्यावेळी सुरुवातीला तो औषधांच्या पुड्या बांधायचा, पुढे त्याने त्याच्या मालकाचे अपहरण केलं. कोलकाता मधील व्यापाऱ्याच्या मुलाचं अपहरण करुन खंडणी मागितल्यानंतर संजीव माहेश्वरी उर्फ जीवा चर्चेत आला होता. १९९७मध्ये गेस्ट हाऊस प्रकरणात मायावतींना वाचवणाऱ्या ब्रह्मदत्त द्विवेदी हत्याकांडात संजीव जीवा सहभागी होता.

२००० मध्ये तो मुख्तार अन्सारीच्या संपर्कात मुन्ना बजरंगी मार्फत आला. २००३ मध्ये संजीव जीवा याला ब्रह्मदत्त द्विवेदी हत्याकांड प्रकरणी जन्मठेप सुनावली गेली होती. २००५ मध्ये भाजप आमदार कृष्णानंद राय हत्या प्रकरणात मुख्तार अन्सारी आणि संजीव जीवा होते, दोघेही नंतर त्यातून सुटले.
