कोल्हापूर : बँक कर्जाचा बोजा सात बारा उताऱ्यावरुन कमी करण्यासाठी ७ हजार रुपयांची लाच मागणाऱ्या तलाठ्यावर लाचलुचपत प्रतिबंधक विभागाने गुन्हा नोंद केला आहे. गजानन आप्पासो माळी (वय ४६, रा. इचलकरंजी, ता. हातकणंगले) असं लाच मागणाऱ्या तलाठ्याचं नाव आहे.

पोलिसांनी दिलेल्या माहितीनुसार, शिरोळ तालुक्यातील आलास गावातील तलाठी माळी याच्याकडे तक्रारदाराने जयसिंगपूर येथे उदगाव बँकेचे कर्ज कमी करण्यासाठी अर्ज दिला होता. त्यानंतर काही दिवसांनी तक्रारदाराने आपल्या मित्रास कर्जाचा बोजा कमी केलेला सातबारा उतारा आणण्यासाठी तलाठी माळी यांच्याकडे पाठवले. कर्जाचा बोजा कमी करण्यासाठी तलाठी माळी यांनी तक्रारदाराच्या मित्रांकडे १० हजार रुपयांची लाच मागितली. त्यानंतर तक्रारदाराने लाचलुचपत प्रतिबंधक विभागाकडे तलाठ्याच्या विरोधात अर्ज दिला.

पोलिसांनी तक्रारीची पडताळणी करण्यासाठी सापळा रचला. इचलकरंजी येथील काँग्रेस भवनाजवळ तलाठी माळी याने तक्रारदारांकडे सात हजार रुपयांची लाच मागितल्याचं दोन पंच साक्षीदारांच्या उपस्थितीत सिद्ध झाले. त्यानंतर पोलिसांनी तलाठी गजानन माळी याच्याविरोधात शिवाजी नगर पोलीस ठाण्यात गुन्हा नोंदवला आहे.

दरम्यान, पोलीस अधीक्षक अदिनाथ बुधवंत यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली पोलीस निरीक्षक सतीश मोरे, सहाय्यक फौजदार संजय बंबरगेकर, नवनाथ कदम, सुनील घोसाळकर, कृष्णात पाटील यांनी या कारवाईत सहभाग घेतला होता.
