कोरोनाच्या संकटामुळे आधीच राज्यातील शेतकरी मोठ्या संकटात आहे. या संकटात राज्य सरकारनं शेतकऱ्यांना वाऱ्यावर सोडल्याचे मत सदाभाऊ खोत यांनी व्यक्त केले. आजच्या अर्थसंकल्पात राज्य सरकारने केवळ घोषणांचा पाऊस न पाडता शेतकऱ्यांसाठी काही ठोस योजना आणाव्यात असे खोत यावेळी म्हणाले. यासाठी सरकाराने शेतकरी कंपन्यांना ताकद द्यायला हवी. तसेच बाजार समितीच्या जोखडातून शेतकऱ्यांना मुक्त करावे. मार्केट व्यवस्था उभारायला पाहिजे असेही सदाभाऊ खोत यावेळी म्हणाले. आयात निर्यात धोरणात बदल करायला हवा. राज्य सरकारने केंद्राबरोबर समन्वय साधून शेतमाल वाहतुकीची व्यवस्था करायला पाहिजे. शेतीमध्ये जे नवं तंत्रज्ञान आहे, अवजारे आहेत, त्यासाठी काय तरी ठोस धोरण ठरवलं पाहिजे, असे खोत यावेळी म्हणाले. पाणी अडवण्याच्या योजना आणाव्यात. तसेच कृषीपूरक उद्योगाला चालना देण्यासाठी राज्य सरकारने धोरण ठरवावे असे सदाभाऊ खोत यांनी सांगितले. 

दरम्यान, अर्थिक पाहणी अहवाल 2021-22 विधिमंडळाच्या पटलावर ठेवण्यात आला आहे. या अहवालानुसार, राज्याच्या आर्थिक वाढीचा दर 12.1 टक्के राहील, असा अदांज वर्तवण्यात आला आहे. तर देशाच्या अर्थव्यवस्थेत 8.9 टक्के वाढ अपेक्षित आहे.आर्थिक पाहणी अहवालातील माहितीनुसार, 2021-22 मध्ये राज्यातील उद्योग क्षेत्रात 11.9 टक्के वाढ झाली आहे. तर सेवा क्षेत्रात 13.5 टक्क्यांनी वाढ झाली आहे. तसेच या अहवालात कृषी संलग्न कार्य क्षेत्राच्या वास्तविक स्थूल राज्य उत्पन्नात 4.4 टक्के वाढ अपेक्षित असल्याचे म्हटले आहे. तर पीक क्षेत्राच्या वास्तविक स्थूल राज्य मूल्यवृद्धी 3.0 टक्के वाढ अपेक्षित असल्याचे म्हटले आहे.
