ST Workers : गेल्या ऑक्टोबर महिन्यापासूनपासून आझाद मैदानात एसटी कर्मचाऱ्यांचे आंदोलन सुरु आहे. आझाद मैदानामध्ये सुरु असलेल्या एसटी कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या आंदोलनामध्ये मुंबई महानगर पालिकेकडून मूलभूत सुविधा मिळत नाहीत. त्यामुळे एसटी कर्मचारी आक्रमक झाले आहेत. आज एसटी कर्मचाऱ्यांनी मुंबई महानगरपालिका मुख्यालयाबाहेर चक्काजाम आंदोलन सुरु केलं आहे. पिण्याचे पाणी आणि शौचालय नसल्यामुळं हे आंदोलन केलं जात आहे. मुंबई महानगरपालिकेसमोर असलेला रस्ता पूर्णपणे एसटी कर्मचाऱ्यांनी जाम करुन टाकला आहे.

या आंदोलनामध्ये सहभागी असलेल्यांना पिण्याचं पाणी, शौचालय अशा मुलभूत सुविधा मिळत नाहीत. त्यामुलं एसटी कर्मचारी आक्रमक झाले आहेत. मुंबई महानगरपालिका मुख्यालय बाहेर सध्या एसटी कर्मचाऱ्यांचं आंदोलन सुरु आहे. गेल्या पाच महिन्याहून अधिक काळ झाल एसटी कर्मचाऱ्यांचे आझाद मैदानावर आंदोलन सुरु आहे. मात्र, आंदोलनस्थळी मूलभूत सुविधा मिळत नसल्याचा आरोप एसटी कर्मचाऱ्यांनी केला आहे. यासंदर्भात मुंबई पालिकेकडे वेळोवेळी तक्रारी देखील दाखल करण्यात आल्या होता. मात्र, तरीदेखील सुविधा देण्यात आल्या नसल्याचे कर्मचाऱ्यांनी म्हटलं आहे. 

दरम्यान, आज सकाळी साडेसहा वाजल्यापासूनचं कर्मचाऱ्यांनी मुंबई पालिकेसमोर आंदोलन सुरु केलं आहे. कर्मचाऱ्यांनी रस्ते जाम केले आहेत. या पाच महिन्यांच्या काळात आमचे दिडशे लोकांनी जीवन संपवले आहे. तरीदेखील सरकारने यावर निर्णय घेतला नसल्याच्या प्रतिक्रिया कर्मचाऱ्यांनी दिल्या. आंदोलनस्थळाकडे मुंबई पालिका पूर्ण दुर्लक्ष करत आहे. आंदोनस्थळी शौचालयाची सुविधा नाही, पिण्याच्या पाण्याची सुविधा नाही. सरकारने इथे काय केलं? असा सवाल कर्मचाऱ्यांनी उपस्थित केला. वारंवार मागण्या करुनही आमच्याकडे दुर्लक्ष केल्याचे कर्मचाऱ्यांनी सांगितले.

दरम्यान, एसटी कर्मचारी विलीनीकरणाच्या मागण्यावर ठाम आहेत. एसटीचे विलीनीकरण झाल्याशिवाय कोणत्याही परिस्थितीत माघार घेणार नसल्याचे एसटी कर्मचाऱ्यांनी सांगितले आहे. उपमुख्यमंत्री अजित पवार यांनी गेल्या आठवड्यात सांगितलं होतं की, 31 तारखेपर्यंत सगळ्या कामगारांना कामावर परतण्याची संधी द्यावी, अशी सगळ्यांची भूमिका होती. त्यानुसार सरकारने विचाराअंती कामगारांना परत कामावर परतण्याची संधी दिली होती. ती मुदतही संपून गेली आहे. पण अजूनही कामगार संपावर ठाम आहेत. त्यानंतर एसटी कर्मचाऱ्यांना अनेक वेळा मी सांगितलं तुम्हाला पगार चांगला देण्याचा आपण प्रयत्न करु, आमच्या मुलाबाळांना शाळेत जाताना अडचणी येत आहेत, त्यांना गिरणी कामगारांचे उदाहरण मी दिलंय, त्यांचा पगार वेळेत याची जबाबदारी आम्ही घेतली आहे. कुणी काही सांगत असेल त्याकडे लक्ष देऊ नका, कुणी वेगळ्या प्रवाहात जात असतील तर त्यांना मुख्य प्रवाहात आणूया, असे सांगत एसटी कर्मचाऱ्यांना अजित पवारांनी पुन्हा कामावर हजर राहण्याचे आवाहन केलं आहे.
