नवी दिल्ली : लोकप्रिय बॉलिवूड पार्श्वगायक कृष्णकुमार कुन्नथ ऊर्फ केके यांचं मंगळवारी रात्री उशिरा हृदयविकाराच्या तीव्र झटक्याने निधन (krishnakumar kunnath kk passed away) झाले. कोलकात्यात नजरुल मंच येथील कार्यक्रमादरम्यान ते स्टेजवरच कोसळले आणि तेथेच त्यांचा मृत्यू झाला. केके यांना तातडीने हॉस्पिटलमध्ये हलवण्यात आलं, मात्र डॉक्टरांनी त्यांना मृत घोषित केले. आपल्या जादुई आवाजाने लाखो रसिकांच्या मनावर मोहिनी घालणाऱ्या केके यांच्या निधनाने त्यांच्या चाहत्यांना मोठा धक्का बसला असून विविध क्षेत्रातील दिग्गजांकडून त्यांना श्रद्धांजली वाहिली जात आहे. दोन दिवसांपूर्वीच मल्याळम गायक एडवा बशीर यांचंही कॉन्सर्ट सुरू असतानाच निधन झालं होतं. अवघ्या काही तासांच्या फरकाने दोन हरहुन्नरी गायकांना गमावल्याने देशभरात हळहळ व्यक्त केली जात आहे.

एडवा बशीर अलप्पुझा शहरातील एका कार्यक्रमात सहभागी होण्यासाठी गेले होते. यावेळी गाणं गात असतानाच ते स्टेजवर कोसळले. त्यांना रुग्णालयात दाखल करण्यात आले. मात्र उपचारापूर्वीच बशीर यांनी प्राण गमावले होते. मल्याळम सिनेमा जगतात आपल्या पार्श्वगायनामुळे चर्चेत राहिलेले एडवा बशीर हे स्टेज परफॉर्मन्समुळे विशेष लोकप्रिय ठरले होते. त्यांच्या निधनानंतर दोनच दिवसांनी केके यांचंही कॉन्सर्टनंतरच निधन झालं आहे.

केके यांच्या पश्चात पत्नी व मुलगी असा परिवार आहे. हिंदीव्यतिरिक्त तमिळ, तेलगू, कन्नड, मल्याळम, मराठी, बंगाली, आसामी, गुजराथी आदी भाषांत त्यांनी पार्श्वगायन केले होते. १९९९ मध्ये आलेल्या ‘पल’ अल्बममुळे केके लोकप्रिय झाले. ‘हम दिल दे चुके सनम’ या चित्रपटातील ‘तडप तडप के इस दिल से’ या गाण्यामुळे त्यांना प्रसिद्धी लाभली. रहना है तेरे दिल में चित्रपटातील ‘सच कह रहा है दिवाना’ हे गाणेही प्रचंड लोकप्रिय झाले. त्यानंतर त्यांनी ‘दस बहाने करके ले गयी दिल’, ‘आँखों में तेरी अजबसी अदा है,’ ‘तू ही मेरा शब है’ आदी लोकप्रिय गाणी गायली.

दरम्यान, ३० मे रोजी पंजाबी गायक सिद्धू मूसेवाला यांची हत्या करण्यात आली होती. आठवडाभराच्या अंतराने देशाने तीन मोठे गायक गमावले आहेत.
