मुंबईच्या रस्त्यांवर गोविंदांचा उत्साह पाहायला (Janmashtami Dahihandi Celebration) मिळाला. दादरच्या आयडियल बुक डेपो गल्लीत गोविंदांनी सात थर रचले. मुंबईतील लालबाग परिसरातही कृष्ण जन्माष्टमी उत्सवाचा उत्साह असून इथेही दहीहंडी फोडण्यासाठी थर रचण्यात आले होते. मुंबई, ठाणे उपनगरात दहीहंडीचा उत्साह ओसंडून वाहताना दिसला. ठाण्यातील हिरानंदानी मेडोज, टेंभी नाका, इतर परिसरात गोविंदा पथकांची मोठी गर्दी, तसंच सर्वाधिक थर लावण्यासाठी गोविंदा पथकांची चढाओढही पाहायला मिळाली.

हार्नेस, हेल्मेट घालून शेवटच्या थरावर चिमुकले

दहीहंडीला मोठ्यांसह चिमुकल्यांचाही उत्साह पाहायला मिळाला. दहीहंडी फोडण्यासाठी शेवटच्या थरावर हार्नेस, हेल्मेट घालून अनेक चिमुकले चढले होते. गोविंदा पथकांकडून चिमुकल्यांसाठी हार्नेस, हेल्मेटचा वापर करण्यात आला होता. दहीहंडीचा जल्लोष असताना एखादी दुर्घटना घडल्यास गोविंदांवर सरकारी रुग्णालयांमध्ये मोफत उपचार केला जाण्याची घोषणा मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदेंनी केली होती. याअंतर्गत राज्यातील सर्व सरकारी रुग्णालयं, मेडिकल कॉलेज, जिल्हा परिषद रुग्णालयं, नगर पालिकांमध्ये मोफत उपचार करण्याचे निर्देश देण्यात आले आहेत.
