India vs Sri Lanka, 3rd T20 :  भारत विरुद्ध श्रीलंका (IND vs SL) तिसऱ्या टी20 सामन्यात भारताचा स्टार फलंदाज सूर्यकुमार यादवने (Suryakumar Yadav) झटपट शतक झळकावत खास रेकॉर्ड नावे केला आहे. त्याने अवघ्या 45 चेंडूत शतक झळकावलं. सूर्यकुमार यादवचे टी-20 आंतरराष्ट्रीय क्रिकेटमधील हे तिसरं शतक आहे. यासह त्याच्या नावावर एक मोठा विक्रम झाला आहे.

सूर्यकुमार यादवने 51 चेंडूत 112 धावा केल्या. यादरम्यान त्याच्या बॅटमधून 7 चौकार आणि 9 षटकार निघाले. यादरम्यान त्याचा स्ट्राइक रेट तब्बल 233.33 होता. विशेष म्हणजे टी-20 आंतरराष्ट्रीय क्रिकेट सामन्यांत तिसरं शतक झळकावणारा सूर्या हा भारताचा दुसरा फलंदाज ठरला आहे. आतापर्यंत केवळ रोहित शर्माने भारताच्या नव्हे तर क्रिकेटच्या इतिहासात टी-20 आंतरराष्ट्रीय क्रिकेटमध्ये सर्वाधिक 4 शतकं झळकावली आहेत.

केएल राहुलला टाकलं मागे

टी-20 आंतरराष्ट्रीय क्रिकेटमध्ये भारतीय संघासाठी सर्वात जलद शतक झळकावणारा सूर्या हा दुसरा फलंदाज ठरला आहे. या बाबतीत त्याने संघाचा स्टार फलंदाज केएल राहुलला मागे टाकलं आहे. राहुलने 2016 मध्ये वेस्ट इंडिजविरुद्ध खेळलेल्या टी-20 सामन्यात 46 चेंडूत शतक झळकावलं होतं. आता सूर्याने 45 चेंडूत शतक ठोकत राहुलला मागे टाकलं आहे. त्याचबरोबर रोहित शर्मा अजूनही या बाबतीत पहिल्या क्रमांकावर कायम आहे. 2017 मध्ये इंदूरमध्ये श्रीलंकेविरुद्ध खेळताना त्याने 35 चेंडूत शतक पूर्ण केलं होते. 

विशेष म्हणजे सलामीला न येता इतर स्थानावर खेळून T20 आंतरराष्ट्रीय सामन्यांमध्ये तीन शतकं करणारा सूर्या पहिला फलंदाज ठरला आहे. याशिवाय 2023 मध्ये भारतासाठी शतक झळकावणारा तो पहिला फलंदाज ठरला आहे. गेल्या वर्षी इंग्लंडविरुद्ध खेळताना त्याने पहिले टी-20 आंतरराष्ट्रीय शतक झळकावले. यानंतर त्याने 2022 मध्ये न्यूझीलंडविरुद्ध दुसर शतक झळकावलं. तीन शतकांव्यतिरिक्त, त्याने आपल्या T20 कारकिर्दीत एकूण 13 अर्धशतकंही केली आहेत.
